Emily Procter

 Emily Mallory Procter (born October 8 1988,) is an American actress and activist. She played Ainsley Hayes one of the characters in The West Wing's political dramas (2000-2002, 2006; and 2006). Calleigh Duquesne was a CBS police procedural show called CSI: Miami (2002–2012).



 



 Early life



 Procter was born on the night of October 8th, 1968. She was adopted as a child by William Procter, a general practitioner, as well as Barbara Jones, a volunteer worker, and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. When her parents divorced, she was just three years old. older. Whit is her older brother and she is also an adoptee.



 



 Procter was a student at Ravenscroft School in Raleigh. While attending East Carolina University, Procter became a part of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Procter was a TV anchor for the news channel WNCT in Greenville, North Carolina. Procter eventually earned degrees in journalism dance.

In her time at the school, she did an internship with Entertainment Tonight in Los Angeles. Paffrath obtained her Broadcast Journalism degree in 2005 and relocated to Los Angeles in the early portion of 2006.
